PROPELLER CLUB SCHOLARSHIPS

Our 2024 Propeller Club scholarship applications are listed with the Brevard Schools Foundation and applications are NOW open.  The link for applying for the Propeller Club scholarships and all other scholarships listed by BSF is here: Scholarships 2024. Deadline is March 17.

The Propeller Club provides scholarships each year for graduating Brevard High School students who have been accepted to post-secondary education in a maritime related field including Engineering, Business, Law and Law Enforcement, Logistics, Medical related field, including Nursing, Firefighting, Emergency Management, Marine Sciences, or any maritime related field including acceptance to the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy or a State Maritime Academy. Scholarships can be used for trade school. Candidates must reside in Brevard County, and be a permanent Florida Resident.  Applicants must have at least a 2.75 GPA and must submit one letter of recommendation with the application.  The Propeller Club partners with the Brevard Schools Foundation to provide scholarships for public school students.  We also provide scholarships for private school students and students who have already graduated from High School who are currently enrolled in or transferring to a post-secondary maritime industry related program.  Private school and students currently enrolled in college should email propellerclubcanaveral@gmail.com for an application. Students should talk to their high school counselors for more information or help with the application.
