Scholarship

PROPELLER CLUB SCHOLARSHIPS
The 2019 scholarship deadline for Brevard graduating seniors has passed and application submissions are closed.  Winners of this year's scholarships will be announced at the May Luncheon on May 1 at Fishlips Waterfont Bar & Grill at 11:30 am. Scholarships are awarded annually by the Propeller Club and by Capt. Ed & Shirley Lanni to students going on to post-secondary education in a maritime related field such as a maritime academy, marine sciences or maritime vocational/technical training. Private school students should email propellerclubcanaveral@gmail.com for an application. Public school students should use the application process at the Brevard Schools Foundation online portal. Students should talk to their high school counselors for more information or help with the application. 

Candidates must reside in Brevard County, and be a permanent Florida Resident. Applicants must be accepted into an accredited institution in a program related to the maritime industry, marine sciences, or maritime related vocational/technical training and must have at least a 2.75 GPA. Please submit 3 letters of recommendation with the application.
